Our public policy discourse is polluted with misinformation and untruths - particularly regarding climate change and clean energy policy. GridFacts is here to clean up some of that trash. 

Our mission is simple: counter the false and misleading attacks that misrepresent the grid impact of the Environmental Protection Agency’s new carbon pollution standards for existing coal-fired and new gas-fired power plants.  

Our goal is to educate the public about the truth. The truth is that cleaner energy is cost-competitive and often more affordable than fossil fuel energy. The truth is that clean energy poses no threat to the grid - and can strengthen the grid and improve reliability. 

You’ll be able to find the facts on this website. We’ve broken it down into easily accessible content and digestible language. The information is intended for use on social media, with the media, or in arguments around your Thanksgiving dinner table.
